Shipping costs

99 NOK.
Free shipping on all orders above 900 NOK.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day from the time you place your order. Expected delivery time: 2-4 working days.
When your order has left our warehouse, the shipping and pickup details will be sent to your registered email.

If it’s for some reason not possible to deliver within the agreed period; you will be informed of the delay as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a new delivery date.

If the shipment is not picked up, it will be returned back to us. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional fee.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Returns and Claims

If you change your mind about an item, please notify us within 14 days after having received your order. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. After receiving a return confirmation by mail, please return the product(s) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the confirmation from us.
A return sheet comes with your order. Please fill this out and place it with the product/products in the original shipping box. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs of wear and tear and must be returned in its original box. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.

In cases of a defected / damaged product, the buyer must inform the seller within two months time of the discovered defect. The defect must not be caused by improper use of the goods or other harmful behaviour. There may occur small variations on our products. Such as, but not limited to small differences in color / clearness of the glass, small unique variations in the wood, or on the surface of the cast iron, etc. These variations is how the products come and will not be treated as defects or grounds for claims.

Product liability

Nedre Foss Collections AS can only be held responsible for any material damage caused by its products if it can be proved that such damage is due to error or negligence on the part of Nedre Foss Collections AS.

Nedre Foss Collections AS is not responsible for any printing errors and price changes. Nedre Foss Collections AS reserves the right to make changes or to discontinue the manufacture of any model without prior notice.
